The Lagree Method

The Lagree Method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout created by Sébastien Lagree in the late 1990s. It is performed on a machine and combines strength, cardio, and flexibility in a single session.

The method relies on slow, controlled movements that keep muscles under constant tension until they reach failure — delivering maximum results while remaining gentle on the joints. A class lasts 50 minutes. No rest. Just pure, uninterrupted work from the first move to the last.

It is suitable for all fitness levels and is known for rapidly improving core strength, posture, and body composition.

Who am I?

My name is Benoît, and I've been living in Berlin for over five years.

I wasn't always someone who exercised. For a long time, sport was one of those things I kept putting off, never quite finding something that felt right for me. Then I discovered Lagree — and something shifted.

What moved me was how much this practice engages the mind as much as the body. Every session asks you to be truly present, focused, attuned to your own sensations. It's demanding, yes — but in a way that feels good. I kept coming back, again and again, until it became an essential part of my week.

Teaching came naturally, as a desire to share what Lagree had brought into my life.

Today, I come directly to your home or workplace in Berlin, with my Lagree Micro machine, for a 50-minute session designed around you. Your level, your goals, your pace — that's where everything starts. The idea is to make this practice genuinely accessible, without the hassle of commuting, in a setting that feels like yours.
